Wix and Squarespace don't allow custom code. We'll move you somewhere that does — GoDaddy, HostGator or DigitalOcean. Migration is quoted separately, typically starting at $450, and includes your content, proper redirects to preserve rankings, and protecting your email so nothing goes dark during the move.
Most existing sites need groundwork first: missing titles and descriptions, slow images, pages competing for the same term. That's a one-time foundation pass, typically starting at $750, quoted once we've seen what's there. If we built your site, there's no foundation fee.
No. The build stands on its own and the site is yours. Plenty of businesses launch and don't need much for a while. You can add monitoring or SEO later, including years later.
You do, directly to your provider. We don't resell hosting or mark it up, which means you're never locked in and never waiting on us over a billing issue.
Local search usually shows movement around month three and builds from there. Anyone promising results in thirty days is selling you something else. That's why there's a three-month minimum — it's the shortest honest window.
Everything is month to month after any minimum term. The site, domain and hosting account are in your name, so you can hand them to anyone. There's no exit process and nothing to unwind.
Yes, and most clients do. It works on whatever site and whatever email provider you already have. The two services have nothing to do with each other technically.
No. They're separate and either works alone. Most SEO clients end up wanting monitoring too, since a site that goes down or breaks a form undoes the work — but it's not required and we won't add it to a quote unless you ask.

Monthly plans aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time and won't be billed again. Project work is quoted and agreed before it starts.
